Delete your account

You can delete your AlignedFTW account yourself in the app, or ask us to do it for you. This page explains both, and what happens to your information.

In the app

1. Open AlignedFTW and tap your picture in the top corner.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm once more.

Without the app

Email alignedftw@codifyiq.com from the address you sign in with, asking us to delete your account. We will confirm with you and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your login.
• Every team you created, and everything on it: the roster, contacts, schedule, availability replies, and messages.

This happens right away in the live service. Backup copies expire within 30 days.

What is kept

• A record that terms were accepted, with the version and the date, and a record that permission was given to text a phone number. We keep these as evidence of consent, but they no longer carry your name or email address.
• If you are a contact on another coach's team, you stay on that team's roster, because the roster belongs to that coach. To come off it, remove yourself from your player in the app before you delete your account, or ask the coach. Replying STOP to any text stops texts to your number.
